Touch is one of the most basic forms of communication, yet many of us are afraid to touch those who need it most. The ‘m’ Technique is a series of stroking movements, performed in a set sequence and at a set pressure. It is simple to learn and can evoke a rapid and profound relaxing effect.

Two day Certificated Course : Day One 10.00 – 6.00  :  Day Two 9.00 – 4.30

Course Fee : £200 (light lunch / drinks included)
