The Hand and Foot Massage Course

Learn how to carry out a very simple Hand or Foot Massage on family and friends.

No previous experience necessary.

A lovely application for those who want to know the basics of this technique.

This is an interactive day learning about and using some relevant acupressure points and some reflex points of the hands and feet and putting together a memorable sequence of movements.

One Day : 10.00 – 5.30
