once you have received this attunement you can begin to incorporate this energy into your whole life

in reiki I you are attuned to the reiki energy and taught the basic hand positions. this allows you to treat yourself, family, friends, loved ones, pets and plants. it introduces how energy flows through the body, charkas and the influence of colour

this is a two day attunement process covers the history and lineages of reiki, how energy flows through the body, charkas and the importance of colour and all that you will need to start your wonderful healing journey

reiki works on the physical, mental and emotional levels of ourselves which enables us to create many changes in our lives with the comfort and love that reiki provides

reiki II

this is often looked at as the practitioner level. you are attuned to the second level of the healing energy and also passed sacred symbols which enhance the power of this effective healing technique. you are also taught about distance healing and many benefits that this treatment provides

this is a two day attunement process which enables you to further explore the healing energy of reiki and how it can enhance your life. once completed this level you are qualified to treat others at a practitioner level if you choose

reiki master teacher

this is the third degree of reiki and is for those who have a deep passion for reiki in their lives and for further self development. you are taught how to initiate others to the reiki healing along with the responsibilities of being a teacher

this is a two day attunement process and looks at other aspects of self healing, helping you to gain further understanding of yourself and ways you can express your true self
